Our journey into the world of Amazon selling began back in 2016. We were venturing into the rapidly expanding e-commerce industry, which was uncharted territory at the time. Resources were limited, so we had to learn the ropes through trial and error. However, with persistent determination and a thirst for knowledge, those of us Amazon sellers who remained dedicated ultimately found success.

We are proud to say that we have been among those who have overcome challenges and achieved success through perseverance and gaining invaluable experience. Having honed the necessary skills, our ambitions went beyond simply being Amazon businessmen. In 2021, we identified a growing need for comprehensive guidance and decided to offer Amazon Private Label training.

After carefully evaluating the educational market and seeking feedback from various participants of different programs, we developed a fundamentally new training approach. Rather than merely presenting information, we cultivated an entire Amazon community focused on communication, shared experiences, and collaborative growth.

Over the following three wonderful years, we had the privilege of training nearly 200 students through our program. Many have successfully launched their own thriving Amazon businesses. Within our community, we continued advising and supporting our alumni with guidance on account management, content optimization, logistics, advertising, and navigating Amazon's evolving landscape.

As our expertise expanded across Amazon's business facets, we recognized an opportunity to provide services beyond our community. This realization led to the creation of ZipZap Agency, a full-service digital agency dedicated to empowering Amazon sellers worldwide. As a family-owned company, we approach each client relationship with a personalized, individual touch, tailoring our services to their unique needs. Our first-hand experience as Amazon sellers allows us to deeply understand our clients' requirements.

Our philosophy centers on providing the caliber of service we would expect as clients: attentive, knowledgeable, and laser-focused on delivering tangible results. We strive to offer the services instrumental to our own businesses, acutely aware of the ambitions and challenges Amazon entrepreneurs face.
