Our Amazon journey began in 2016, when we entered the fast-growing world of e-commerce. Back then, resources were scarce, and Amazon selling was something you had to figure out on your own. We learned through trial and error, faced countless challenges, and slowly built the skills needed to succeed.

Over time, we became part of a group of sellers who stayed in the game — growing, adapting, and building profitable brands. By 2021, we saw that many new Amazon sellers were struggling to find real guidance. That’s when we launched our own Amazon Private Label training program to share what actually works.

Instead of just giving out theory, we built a hands-on learning system and a strong Amazon seller community. People shared real cases, asked questions, and grew their businesses together. Over the next three years, we trained nearly 200 students — many of whom launched their own successful products and brands.

After working closely with these sellers, we started helping them with account management, listing optimization, PPC ads, logistics, and solving everyday problems on Amazon. It became clear that there was a demand for more than training — people needed reliable, ongoing support.

This led us to create ZipZap Agency — a full-service agency built by Amazon sellers, for Amazon sellers. As a family-run team, we work closely with each client, offering personalized services based on real Amazon experience. We know the pain points because we've lived through them ourselves.
